THE CHALLENGE

The Winchester Hotel and Spa is a busy 4-star hotel in central Winchester, Hampshire. Although extremely popular, the hotel was missing out on new business opportunities such as social media and email campaigns. INOV8 Marketing came on-board and developed various aspects of the business, these include implementing sales plans, social media management, email campaigns and creating revenue generating ideas.

 

THE INOV8 SOLUTION

INOV8 Marketing came on board to start managing the social media for the hotel, which had been missing in the past. Fast-forward 1 year, and they now have an audience of over 11,000 followers on Facebook and nearing 10,000 email subscribers. Daily postings on social media, as well as revenue generation and sales and marketing development all fall under INOV8 Marketing, where the hotel has seen increases in direct bookings and incremental spending.
