Fast-forward 1 year, and they now have an audience of over 11,000 followers on Facebook and nearing 10,000 email subscribers. Daily postings on social media, as well as revenue generation and sales and marketing development all fall under INOV8 Marketing, where the hotel has seen increases in direct bookings and incremental spending.
